I’m Olivia Adams and I live, work and write in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have a passion for helping organizations create communications that help people feel included, seen, and heard — whether it’s at work or in the neighborhood they call home.
You’ll often find me brewing coffee, walking around the neighborhood, reading a page or two, searching for the perfect recipe, and dreaming about all of the possibilities for this beautiful life.

Olivia Adams is a strategic communications professional, customer marketer and writer with over a decade of experience helping businesses connect with their most valuable audiences—employees and customers. She specializes in crafting communication and marketing strategies that empower teams, enhance employee engagement, and delight customers.
Her expertise spans industries including K-12 education, health care, commercial real estate, grassroots advocacy efforts, and B2B SaaS technology. Olivia specializes in strategic communications, public relations, brand marketing, internal communications, customer marketing, product marketing, and employer branding. Her mission is to help B2B SaaS companies and purpose-driven organizations align internal and customer-facing strategies to drive retention, loyalty, and growth.
Olivia earned her B.S. in public relations from Ferris State University. Outside of work, she volunteers with her local neighborhood association, leads a neighborhood book club, enjoys spending time with her loved ones, being a tourist in her home state of Michigan and traveling.
